今日のラバウル上空の空戦では日本の戦闘機の損失がゼロでした。しかし、B-26 Marauderではなく四発爆撃機が来襲すると、爆撃機よりもCAPの日本側戦闘機の損失数が多いなんていうこともまれならずあります。戦闘機が空戦で敵機を攻撃して撃墜する時に効いてくるスキルはAirスキルですが、そのAirスキルは水平爆撃機にとっても有用かという疑問で、Question about Air skillというスレが先日たてられていました。勉強になるレスがついていたので紹介します。
Airスキルは、戦闘機・戦闘爆撃機のパイロットが空戦で先手を取れるかどうかの判定と、先手を取った戦闘機・戦闘爆撃機のパイロットの攻撃が成功したかどうかの判定のみに使われる。攻撃された機体のパイロットの反応に関与するスキルはdefスキルになる。これは戦闘機のパイロットに関してもそうで、戦闘機のパイロットにとってもdefスキルが重要なのはこのためだ。爆撃機が空戦で先手を取ることはなく、反撃するだけだ。したがって、爆撃機のスキルで空戦の判定につかわれるのはdefスキルだけということになる。
